Teacher's Day

Teacher's day was celebrated on 5th September in the school with all students overwhelmed with enthusiasm and elemental respect to the teachers. They honoured teachers spotting teekas on forehead of teachers followed by cultural program as a delight to the esthete. There was a plantation under the guidance of Principal with all teachers and students witnessing it as a gesture of ecological harmony and eco academic chemistry saluting the importance of holistic and hedonistic growth and prosperity.

Annual Day

Every year the school organizes a key annual event in the form of a sports , drama, musical event, dance performance or a similar event. A key feature of these celebrations is that all students from LKG to class XII participate and make it an enjoyable and memorable experience. Debates in Hindi & English, poem recitation in Hindi, English, Dramatics, Dance, Western music etc. are done by the students time to time. In annual function of the school students show their full talent & seem to be enthusiastic & zealous in the school campus.

Seminars and Conferences

DPS school organizes seminars and workshops on various education themes with the objective of enhancing the awareness and appreciation of various educational programmes among teachers and administrators of schools and colleges and how they help students to pursue higher education opportunities. These seminars are having very important role in every student's life. Students can improve their self through seminars. These conferences provide guidance to students for their carrier. Carrier guidance programs are organized for students so that students can ask all types of questions regarding their carrier issues.

Science Exhibition

The exhibition is normally organized in predetermined schools in close coordination with education department. At each site neighboring schools are invited. Lot of important issues made in science exhibition are made like, Man must Measure, You & Your Environment, Forest Man & Machine, Time, Perception. The students had to prepare charts on the subjects given to them and then explain the same to the judges.

Summer Camp

Summer camp for Arts, Crafts, Painting, Cricket, Basketball is also organized by Dungarpur Public School so that students may utilize their summer time. School picnics for students & teachers to historical places are also organized to understand the value of tourism along with some moral to them. The students not only learn values like caring, sharing etc but also learn to give and take respect other's feelings apart from enjoying themselves. These fulfilled trips are a great opportunity for the students to know each other well. The teachers also accompany the students and it gives the students immense pleasure to interact with the teachers informally.
